Shipping & Returns

All orders are to be verified after via ups or ems shipping out. This will takes 1-5 working days depending on the information provided. If a product is listed at our site and available for purchase - that means we have it in our stock and can ship it to you immediately. After you've placed your e-mail when we approve and ship your order.

EMS: If customer use EMS(International Express Service ) as a way of transportation ,Normally customer can receive these order 7-10 working days.When the order has been disposed and shipped,we will inform the check number to cusomer by Email.Then the customer can check these items by http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp Useing this transportation way ,you can know the whole state of your order on the shipment way.

Returns Policy


We only accept below 2 reasons for returns.

Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 1-2 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user don't apply to this policy.
Friendly notice: Ship back by best way so that we could get it more quickly and then solve it ASAP.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope yoou can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
